Description

We are now looking for a special teacher for grades 4-6 at Kungsladugårdsskolan.

Kungsladugårdsskolan is a F-6 school with approximately 600 students. Our organization also includes an adapted primary school with about 35 students. The school is located in Majorna, close to many beautiful environments, including Slottsskogen and Svaleboskogen. It is also easy to reach the city and Gothenburg's southern archipelago by tram and bus.

Responsibilities

Together with your colleagues and special educator, plan and implement the school's screening plan and work with students based on identified needs. Together, you will carry out and evaluate teaching at both group and individual levels. You actively monitor developments in your field and follow research relevant to improving the quality of education. You ensure that your interventions for students are adaptable and always based on their needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a qualified primary school teacher for grades 4-6 and has further training as a special teacher.

As a person, you are friendly and helpful to others even in stressful situations. You show respect for everyone you meet at work. You are inviting and positive. You can adapt your working methods when circumstances change. You see opportunities and want to contribute to developing the school's organization together with colleagues.

You have a good understanding of how individuals absorb knowledge and their different conditions. You adapt the way you convey your message to the recipient and encourage dialogue, participation, and engagement. You work well with others by listening, showing interest, and respect. You actively monitor developments in your profession and regularly reflect on what needs to be developed in your work.
